SHIPPING & RETURNS

We’re committed to our customers. Our quality control team will inspect your items prior to installation to ensure quality satisfaction.

Important Notice:

1. If you received a product with a problem, email us your message, along with required pictures, order number and item number within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

3. The returned items should be sent back to the address that will be provided by our agent.  The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

4. The return shipping fee is at customers' own expense.

5. The returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. 

6. Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.

8. Refunds will get back to your account within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.

9. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

We will sort out any issues with faulty items right away and get back to you ASAP.
